This action-packed supernatural thriller focuses on the the mysterious character L (Ken'ichi Matsuyama), the detective tracking the 'death note' killer of the previous films. In L CHANGE THE WORLD the detective comes to the aid of a boy named Maki Nikaido (Mayuko Fukuda), the only survivor of an infectious virus responsible for wiping out his small Thai village.
