Dr Eric Vornoff (Bela Lugosi in his last speaking role) recruits twelve men for an experiment to create a race of atomic supermen. Assorted policem reporters and a rubber octopus conspire to ensure he fails....It just has to be another of Ed Wood's masterpieces!
