Hand Made in England from Melton wool mix fabric The fabric is a 75:25 mix of wool and polyester. Fabric designed and made in Tuscany,This is a wonderful fabric from a better age. Engraved and polished anchor buttons. Eight button front with adjustable oversized cuff tab with two buttons on each sleeve. All internal seams are bound with tonal edging fabric Twin welt pockets. We use fine Italian Melton wool in our Unlined Pea Coat Womans lined reefer coat- based on the original reefer coats that we made for Royal Navy- but softened in shape to fit the modern woman and subtly lined in Bemberg style polyester satin. These coats are often called Jackie O - after the style often worn by Jackie Onassis.
