I tried to contact seller for some sort of resolve. Not the best support. As far as the product, you see a Lil chizler pictured but that is not what you are getting. It looks similar, same concept, different size. Better to buy from the Lil chizler and get 10 for 7.99. The pricing is better and it's actually the real product.
I bought this after reading an article in Real Simple magazine and I'm ONLY using this as a cleaning tool. I was able to scrape grime from hard to reach areas like around the faucet and in bathtub corners. It is a great cleaning tool!
