Poor design and cheap materials - you need to assembly almost the entire thing yourself. Can't believe I spent $40 on this toy. Doors fall off, wheels on the stretcher pop off every time you fold them, figures are hard to sit behind steering wheel, even with steering wheel cut out. Instead of the designing the doors in the driver's cab to open, you have to pop off the entire front. All that being said, my son loves this piece of junk, though he does get frustra..
