My 6 year old is dinosaur mad and loves this game as it allows him to fight as a dinosaur against many different others. From my observaations and a little bit of gameplay myself I would suggest that the game may be a little repetitive for older players but is ideal for kids from around 5 to 10.
Bought for my 7 year old. He beats me hands down every time we play! Fun to be able to do two player, or he can play against the wii. You create and name your own dinosuars, competing in fights to win things like evolutionary add ons or health. You do need to use the nunchuck and the wii remote to play. Fighting is much better than on the ds version of the game and he loves it.
After buying the DS version of this game which my 5 son really enjoyed when this popped up we could not resist it.After a few tries we soon got the hang of the tag team mode. There are some very challenging dinosaurs to fight but my 6 year old son said it would be boring if you could just beat them easily (never a truer word said).Overall a good game with lots of exciting dinosaurs to open up.A must have for any child who loves dinosaurs as much as my son does.
