Only thing that cured me of my cystic acne. I have tired everything from oil cleansing method (don't do it), apple cider, baking soda, spas, medical treatment, salicylic acid, benzoic acids, african black soap, shea butter, etc etc etc.The only thing that worked for 2 years was Ortho tri-cyclin birth controls. I have extremely bad dry skin. Always flaky and peeling. Not to mention psoriasis and eczema which makes my skin look and feel horrible. This soap is heaven sent.
