Fantastic speakerphone. The other end of the conversation never says "Speak up" or "I can't hear you" unlike other conference phones I've used. The wireless microphones are super nice for getting everyone's voice in the room. And you can carry the conference speaker into other rooms thanks to everything being DECT. I have not tried Bluetooth pairing yet. I'm using it with an Ooma Office system.
