I needed a new video card to drive 2x22" 1680x1050 monitors but also wanted to have the ability to drive something larger in the future. I don't do gaming so didn't need top of the line stuff and this card works well. Has both low and high profile bracket (I used the low) and for the price (I think in the $50 range) is good value for the money.
