Great bag! I bought it shipped and sold from Amazon. Bat sleeves are easy to use. Very sturdy and well made. When it arrived I thought it was missing the top hook. I contacted Easton customer service and they responded the next morning. They directed me to a small pocket at the top of the bag under the shouder strap overlap.
