Bought one of these 2nd hand units on eBay which didn't work. For other buyers it is worth noting that the pen/stylus uses Qty2 x AG5 or 393 lithium 1.55volt batteries & new ones fixed my problem. The literature on Topaz website state 'battery-less pen' - go figure!
You can download drivers (sigplus_install.exe) from sigpluspro website and test software (SigPlusDiagnostic.exe) from topazsystems.
With both of these installed, you can test your unit.
