It's a rock solid unit. There are some complaints around about the unit disconnecting. What I found is that the problem actually when using VZW's DNS service, it can be extremely slow to resolve host names. I changed the DNS over to Google's and have not had one hiccup since. I absolutely love this router!
Though advertised as a Verizon-compatible cell modem/router, I had a very poor experience getting it to work with them. After many calls to Verizon I finally got the device to be seen by their network, however it would drop connection every half-hour or so and was never reliable enough for my use.
