It's a rock solid unit. There are some complaints around about the unit disconnecting. What I found is that the problem actually when using VZW's DNS service, it can be extremely slow to resolve host names. I changed the DNS over to Google's and have not had one hiccup since. I absolutely love this router!

Though advertised as a Verizon-compatible cell modem/router, I had a very poor experience getting it to work with them. After many calls to Verizon I finally got the device to be seen by their network, however it would drop connection every half-hour or so and was never reliable enough for my use. After reading complaints elsewhere it seemed that my experience was not an isolated incident. ended up returning this and purchasing a Cradlepoint COR IBR600. Though i..
