For the price i was a bit skeptical, turns out this was one of my better purchases, ever. There are alot of usuable features, the sound is surprisingly quite nice, the unit takes up very little room on the counter.This is a nice enough product to use on the nightstand too. Easy to understand directions, has a battery backup which is great for when the power goes out - you can still get awake to the alarm. The remote is a nice feature, the display dims to an acceptable level..
I gave this rating because the merchandise came in from Europe with a plug that while it had an adapter for the US every-time the plug moved or wiggled it lost power. Had this been advertised on the web page I would have thought twice about ordering it from this vender. As it turned out I had to go on line and purchased additional plugs for the US for 3 of these products. which increased my cost of these by $60. they product works well if it has the proper plug.
