Cheaper / less space than getting 24k USA maps. I live in VA and these have served me well on my mountain trips.Some notes:- You can route with these maps but you can't search. Get street maps or have a phone handy if you're prone to get lost on roads.- Topographic maps by nature don't have the most up-to-date streets on them. I bought this map to go with my Garmin Edge 800 that I use for mountain biking. The maps are excellent and very detailed as expected. They refresh quickly and you certainly need them if you ever want to go off the beaten trail or just explore.Would have given 5 stars except for the price...you used to be able to get ALL the US states but then they switched over to only providing regions. Shame on you Garmin...but still worth it if you really want to use your GPS to it's fullest.
