I keep this at my desk at work for my water. I am on 3 different medications where the side effects are dry mouth and drink maybe a gallon and a half to two gallons per day of water.If you are not familiar with a Tupperware pitcher lid, let me give you some advice. Push down on the belly button in the middle with your thumb THEN lift up or down on the pitcher.
