First off, it says on the back of the box "This product is not a toy and is not intended for children under 9 years of age"......However I ordered them for our 3 year old who, without details is quite advanced for her age, for use while listening to her ipod, laptop or dvd player in the car. So spare me the "bad parent" sermon and keep reading for a review on the headphones....We didn't want a pair that only allows minimal sound like most children headphones...due ..
Purchased for my grand daughters to use during our flights to Florida to watch movies on my laptop. I originally purchased for my 3 year old grand daughter, but ended up having the 16 month old wear them as they fit her well. The volume was conservative and would not go too loud, which is so nice for young years.
