I am so pleased with this item. I am a big cheese lover and this really does solve the storage problem associated with cheese. It keeps the cheese fresh and flavorful. The sheets can be easily adjusted to the size of your cheese, so you can use one sheet for more than one block. In doing so, the sheets last a long time and you get a lot for your money. I highly recommend this product!
I love cheese.I mean I really love cheese... specifically your clothbound cheddars and your wensleydales.The worst thing is to go to Whole Foods, take your time picking out a $20 cheese only to go home and have them harden, deteriorate in texture and taste the very next day because of the whole foods butcher paper.Cheese paper works. First I have to say that I love cheese and I purchase a lot - some very expensive.
