It is a beautiful bag and cannot be mistaken for any other childs bag. The only downfall is the material. It is very thin and would not last long under normal wear. I would give it about 2 years max.
I assumed that this back pack would be fairly good quality since the brand name, I have heard, is fairly reliable. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken. I used the backpack for a few weeks with no problems but after about a month of use it began to fall apart. It began with just the fabric on the zippers coming undone and then the dividing fabric in the larger two pockets began to fall apart. Very nice looking backpack. My 6th grader usese this for school, a little bit on the medium duty side, but its perfect for elementary to middle school. Several compartments are included to keep pencils, books, and folders organized. I am pretty happy with my purchase and so is my daughter.
