it is pretty and expensive but thats it ! whoever designed it didnt use it for a # 2. very poor flushing. once you know that you can flush as you go. when a unfamiliar person uses it run for plunger. maybe they need to enclose a label to attach to the wall which reads... After doing a # 2 please flush before putting in toilet paper then flush again if more paper is deposited. if not read directions on plunger which is in closet !!!!! hope to get money back not to mention the e..
I have 2 of these at my house. Difficult to find non standard flapper. Very difficult to replace the toilet seat. Seat bolts are not accessible from below like a standard toilet. You will need to spend $40 for the bolt and anchor kit from kholer. You tube how to change the seat on this. It is a time consuming process. A standard toilet takes a few minutes to swap out a seat.
Reading the reviews before purchasing this toilet told me that there is a chance it will take 2 flushes to get rid of the entire dump. Indeed. It's true. Not every single time but more often than not this 1.6 GPF is really a 3.2 GPF.
