It's always a day or two later when someone you didn't buy from puts an item on sale, and such was the case with this PS. A week later, I saw it for HALF what I paid here, but c'est la vie, no?The flip side is that it is a good PS, made by a reputable company. If you have major power consumption needs, this unit will do you well. It stays cool and delivers steady, consistent voltage.
This is a very nice PSU and kind of heavy. The braiding on the cables is A-1 in my book but they are a bit stiff. I bought this to power my M5A99XEVO with the 550TI and it does just that with no problems.I've docked it a star for the 8 pin to the motherboard for being just a tad to short, I have to run it in the front until I get a braided extension from here.
