Bought the 2 year protection plan and certainly am glad that I did. I had to replace my Kindle after just a couple of weeks, and they did it with absolutely no problem. Just one phone call and presto, it was done.
I bought my first kindle two years ago. I took my new book to a baseball game and was reading before the game.I put the book in my jacket and some how managed to sit on the jacket and the book, with disastrous results. I was thinking about buying this with my kindle but I had some questions. I wanted to know if the replacement was a new kindle or a refurbished kindle.
