This appears to be a factory replacement. Warning, the first kit I bought when installing the main bolt through the transducer into the nylon lock washer was so stiff it broke of my alen wrench. I had to Dremel cut off the mount and order another kit. This time I tested the bolt/washer before putting it on and it was just as tight. I sprayed with lubricants and worked the nut in and of several times before installing. Then it went on fine.
