I bought this cable to update a GPS that didn't come with one and wasn't about to pay the GPS manufacturers $30 cost. This works and works well enough. I bought Mediabridge HDMI cables and they are fine too.So why pay more? These work well enough for the cost.
This cable worked very well for my Garmin Nuvi 260 allowing me to download the newest Garmin Maps. The maps were somewhat incorrect on the Garmin system, but the cable was worked fine.
