Built in DVD player quit working after a couple of weeks, DVD is stuck inside. Purchased a 4 year Television Protection Plan from Assurant and they will not repair or replace because they tell me the protection does not start until one year from purchase but my contract says the start date is 11/13/2014. They also said I have a 3 year plan but my contract says it is a 4 year plan. Do not buy protection plans on Amazon products from Assurant Solutions. I..
