My truck is a 2006 6.6 Duramax / Allison 2500HD. I use it as a daily driver and a tow vehicle. I installed the unit and a generic backup camera. I saw one post where someone couldn't get the camera to work. My experience on that was ensuring you power the camera video from something like the backup light circuit then when the video comes on and you are in reverse the camera works. Mileage on my daily commute drive went from in the 16's to 19-20 using the level 1 economy tune. ..
