Originally came without screws to put together, had to do a full exchange and return the whole box and get a replacement. The exchange was done quickly and no problems with that. Overall though the product is somewhat flimsy, I've already had to take the drill apart and repair as my son pulled the handle off of the screw that is supposed to hold it in place, within a couple hours I can see that it's coming off again. The construction isn't very sturdy. I'm guessing..
