I have read other reviews stating that the product was not up to the job when using larger units.I'm here to say it is up to the job. I ride dual sport ,and some pretty rough conditions.This mount is only way to go . period.
I purchased this mount for my son for Christmas in 2010 for his trail bike to be used to mount his GPS. He has been all over the U.S. in various terrains, weather and many wrecks (only minor physical injuries, thankfully!) and this mount has stood up to all of those tests, even better than the bike which has needed several repairs.
