The sound is amazing for First time users, and the Set up was literally a Plug in Play for my PC which is amazing.The Virtual surround sound isn't true surround sound. but it does give directions pretty well which is okay.The plastic itself feels very cheap and brittle and read reviews about the life span being only 5 months.As a hardcore gamer enthusiast I'm very gentle with my product so hopefully good management is enough for it too last.I haven't tested the mic..
