Currently use with "softphone" system at work. Quality and sound are good but not stellar. It does the job for the most part however should be noted that the "softphone" system is new and has it's own set of issues. Also a side note while this does function with most hand held cell phones, I have not used this with a mobile phone and only with computer. I would certainly buy this product again.
