Let me start by saying, I just had my 3rd child, my last 2 being 17 months apart. So I have been pregnant/nursing for the last 2.5 years straight. In this time frame, I have tried many, many different nursing bras. I started with a few that were sold at the maternity store, yeah, that was a joke. Definitely not supportive enough for larger breasts, that are heavy especially during the initial stages of breast feeding. They did offer an underwire bra, but with the sling only on the outside..
This is the best nursing bra I have found. It's fit is the closest to a "regular" bra and provides adequate coverage for large breasted women. I don't like underwire bras, so I removed the wire and the boning on the sides. The bra still had plenty of support and has not lost its shape (3 months and counting). I highly recommend this bra for women with C breasts; with or without the underwire.
Before my first was born I was told to avoid under wire for breast health and so bought a few bras from motherhood maternity and I felt frumpy and lumpy through that whole year. After my 2nd was born I tired madela but it was too thin. So during my third pregnancy I tried on every nursing bra within a 50 mile radius of my house. This one looked good to me and I decided to order and try it on. I hoped it would work but I didn't really expect it to be any differe..
