Before you read the one "Perfect" review, please read mine. I was very happy to find this scale to work with my Endicia Account and my Dymo LabelWriter 4XL. Upon arrival I shipped my first package. When we took the package to the U.S. Post Office, they weighed the package and declared that it was 5.6 more ounces and would cost more money to ship. This defeated the purpose of purchasing and printing postage. So I called Dymo and their customer service was very nice..
