I love having a set of earplugs by the side of my bed for whenever the neighbors are noisy early in the morning. They're easy to insert, and block out sound as well as the kind of earplugs you twist. They also never get lost because there on the cord. All in all, one of the best set of earplugs I've owned.
Bottom line is that these earplugs work very well, but they are tricky to make, and I think that more material should be provided for the customer to experiment with.First off, the material that one uses to make the earplugs (two different types of putty) has to be taken out of the container it is packaged in, and then each putty has to be divided evenly in half before it is mixed thoroughly with its opposite to activate the curing process. I followed the directions exactly as they were stated but the plugs just would not set up. I even laid down for about 30 minuted and the goo was starting to run out of my ears. I had a little left over so I tried mixing unequal portions thinking one was the hardening agent. I did 40% white and 60% colored as well as 40% colored with 60% white. All 3 mixes never set up even after letting them sit overnight and trying gently warming them for about 30 minuts at 150ยบ in the oven.It seems like their quality..
