These were great for cookies, olive oil and vegetables, and other items that don't stick too much. However when I used them with a honey brown sugar recipe, the food stuck and it would not rinse clean. This only got worse with other sticky glazes. The mats stained and the orange borders started to peel. I'll add some pics. I'm tossing them and getting the big name brand instead. amzn..
