Full Orthotic Insole Posted Heel The pes planus foot commonly known as flat foot where the lowered arch is a function of pronation. The development of bunions-and-hallux-valgus/">bunions, hallux valgus,toe-deformities/">hammertoes, heel, knee, hip and lower back pain have been attributed to flat foot.
