Tae Bo: Advanced Live 2 VHS
Volume 2 has more cardio than most of the Taebo series workouts. There is a lot of standing ab work, and a lot of roundhouse kicks in this one. This one will trim your hips like no other. The floor work at the end lasts about 10 minutes and consists of donkey kicks, fire hydrants, fire hydrants where you circle your hip, and some ab work.
