It's not rocket science, or anything, but a few details were needed in order to get the clothesline installed and they were not included in the package. I had to look up the company's website and email them a request for instructions, which they responded with very quickly, but including them in the package would have saved me and their customer service dept. the trouble.I use the clothesline all the time and it is fabulous! Easy to install with instructions and I'm sure the kit will pay for itself before..
