My husband's feet are always cold, so I did some research and came up with these foot warmer insoles. We ordered one pair and my husband loved them so much we order 2 more pairs, so he didn't have to move them from slippers to shoes. While they are not really "warm", them do protect your feet from the cold coming through your shoes, like a draft through a door. Would recommend them, but don't expect heat.
This product is way overpriced for what it does. It helps keep your feet warm - but only to a certain extent. For one thing, it's nowhere near as effective at keeping feet warm as a pair of Dr Scholl's insoles I once had (they had an aluminum backing; they finally wore out and I can't find any like them anywhere). For another thing, no insole can possibly keep the top part of your feet comfortably warm. These insoles would be much better if it were possible to loop them up around the tips of the shoes; ..
I notice with my feet are the only part of me not to be warm when standing on a cement or tile floor such as at work.I bought these insoles which I cut to my shoe size, (you should pull out the insole in the shoe already and use that for a guide, otherwise you won't be accurate). I cut one put it in shoe to see the fit, walked around a bit. Without question, the shoe with the insole was noticeabley, obviously warmer.
