I purchased the Tomtom Cardio Runner after reading the reviews and deciding that it was the best option today when you want the convenience of the built-in optical heart rate monitor and a GPS watch. I have incredibly small wrists and the watch fits comfortably and is not too bulky to wear during runs. I think it is too bulky for day-to-day wear though. I've used it for the past month or so on tons of runs and a timed 10k race. The watch is spot on in terms of distance, time, calories...much more accurate than my Garmin FR70(which uses a foot pod and not GPS).
