The material is cheap, but you get what you pay for, also, the end of the zipper was not properly sewed and I didn't noticed until I was flying with the back pack, right before I jumped on a plane, I opened the bag to get my lap, and the metal thing just came completely off, so I had to travel with the back pack opened until I found some safety pins to temporarily close it, I couldn't return it since I went on a really long trip and I wasn't able ..
