I agree with the other posters who say it leaves a lot of charcoal debris in the fountain. The filters are thicker and the right size for the platinum fountain, compared to the generic ones, but even after rinsing them really well, they left charcoal dust in my fountain for the first two to three days. There's not much to say about these. They fit well and they're made by the same company who made the fountain.
