i absolutely LOVE this yarn. i made my son a blanket out of it before he was born and now years later he still wont go anywhere without it. its easy to use, perfectly soft and yet easy to wash without falling apart. not to mention that he drags it through hell and back daily and it's never fallen appart. There's certainly a knack for working with this yarn - you can't see your stitches so you have to go by feel and approximate. I give this a four rating rather than a five due to this difficulty, plus the near impossibility of frogging it if you make a mistake.That said, this yarn would not work for a garment or anything requiring precise gauge. It is absolutely great for crocheted toys, however, and if you double it with a finer yarn, like a dk weight, it is a litt..
