This thing will actually peel a bell pepper or a peach without tearing it up, its terrific! Roasted red peppers got a whole lot easier. I've had one for three years now, it gets a lot of use and is still like new.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it very, very well. You can take something like a very ripe mango or peach that is soft, and the peeler just removes the thinnest veneer of peel, and very little fruit. This is one of the things I like best. No waste!
