Who isn't a fan of the sweet, sublime cashew? This product was made into a creamy spoon-able treat by grinding only the finest Brazilian cashews with a bit of heart friendly safflower oil * MaraNatha
While the packaging says that this is creamy, there is an unpleasant texture to it. Almost like I'm eating peanut butter with ground egg shells in it. I've had 'natural' nut butters before and have never experienced something like that. The roasted flavor is a little overpowering. Adding some agave and/or stevia helps with the roasted taste.
