Bad: arrived warped. The original packaging does not keep it flat. The warping inhibits mouse movement near the edges. Used two heavy dictionaries in an attempt to flatten. I let the pad sit under a stack of three heavy dictionaries for over a month, however the pad was still warped! Impossible to get back to a flat surface. Very little good about this item except the wrist pad is comfortable and surface is slick for mice. If it was FLAT it would provide pretty go..
