I love making different kinds of breads, wet doughs and stiff doughs. My old kitchen aid had the "C" style hook and I did not like the way it kneaded bread dough. I purchased the new 5qt spiral and the dough does not climb up the hook!! Chaazam! I think it's meant for the newer 5qt "profesional" mixer but it works quite well on the old one. I did notice the mixer does get HOT because it's working the dough so well. I dont put as much dough in the bowl anymore. So far I've..
