Going back immediately! While this may be a fine radio, it is not as described on the Amazon page. Amazon claims this radio has GPS capability as well as a AAA size battery backup capability, which is exactly why I bought this radio. Once it arrived and I looked at it, none of these features are offered for this particular model. Extremely unhappy as I planned on using this radio over the upcoming holiday weekend. ..
I coach novice rowers, and I have to be able to communicate with the other coaches while we are out in safety launches. This unit is far superior to the more expensive radios our club had purchased for this purpose; it gives me greater range and much better sound quality. My peers covet my radio, and I have been sending them to Amazon to purchase this radio for themselves.
