The power pack did not work upon arrival, even after several hours of charging. To give it a chance, I left it plugged in overnight to see if it would take a charge. I originally gave it 5 stars, but just took one off because the LCD display went out after a few months & now I can no longer tell what the charge level is. Fabulous tool!
