I love this telescope. I enjoy being able to see planets and the moon. I also bought some additional lens and filters as well as the extra power source so I didn t have to always buy batteries. Highly Recommended by Jason M. For the price you get an excellent telescope. The construction is top notch and is very sturdy. Patience is necessary as it takes some time to learn but the viewing is great and well worth the money. Powerseeker 70EQ by Charlie C. Good quality, many extras, and I like the slow motion control cables. Great Deal by Stephanie T. For the money, this telescope is so neat On a clear night you can see starts and the moon so clearly. I am very excited to using this telescope more and even take a special trip out west for some serious viewing."
I am really enjoying this telescope. I was able to see Saturn, Jupiter with 3 moons and a gorgeous full moon craters big as can be. I did buy an accessory pack including 2 additional lenses and moon and planet filters which have enhanced this nicely. I would recommend this to the casual star gazer, I love it.

Before buying this scope I read all the reviews even though this scope a some negative reviews I decided to buy it anyway. I am honestly very happy with this scope I can see how someone impatient can get frustrated with it but if you do not have patience then astronomy is not the hobby for you. Given that do not expect Hubble like images from this scope but I live about twenty miles out side of the city and so far have been able to se the orion nebula, ..
