I have two of these. They work well BUT - the lid mechanism failed after two months of use on one of them. Called Thermos for warranty and they were happy to SELL me a new lid. Best mug I've found for keeping coffee hot, but the painted finish on these things starts flaking off within a few weeks. I solved this with one of them by using a heat gun to remove the paint.They're not inexpensive--for the price of these mugs, this is an inexcusable defect.
