I've personally installed four of these now--two for a friend and two for my house--so I feel somewhat qualified to give you a review.I could just cut to the chase and say they are exceptional. Once you handle and see this Panasonic unit everything else--Nutone, Broan--will look and sound like junk. The fan is amazingly quiet, as is the heater, and the light (if you get that model) is very bright. This works like a vent fan/heater should.Is it all roses..
Was going to go with one of the other Panasonics that had a higher CFM rating but then I stumbled across this one with the heater built in. I'm glad I did, and am happy I spent the extra 50 bucks.I did the install and electrical work myself. If you've never done much electrical you should really pay a professional.
